They have performed with amazing improvisers from all over the world including from India, Great Britain, Spain and right here in the good old USA. The Improv Lab, weaves creative, entertaining and engaging stories. Stories materialized by the inventive imaginations of the improvisers and audience suggestions.  You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll kiss your worries goodbye, but mostly you’ll be amazed it’s improv! After surviving the pandemic (thus far) they are excited to perform live and in person at the Crystal Grand Music Theater’s Cambrian Room, and to be partnering with their mentors at Monkey Business Institute. Patti Vasquez is a comedian and actress who has been called “marvelous” and “the funniest woman in comedy” by Lewis Black and Bill Maher respectively.  Her hilarious stories about growing up with a second generation Irish dad and Mexican immigrant mom have allowed her to headline all over the United States, Canada and Europe. Wisconsin native Mike Mercury is a professional stand up comedian and writer. He has quickly become an audience favorite and a headliner at comedy clubs across America. His likable persona, quick wit, and clever observational material make him a hit with every audience. Mario Robinson – HOST Mario Robinson has been a stand-up for over 20 years. His natural charm and universal observational humor makes him a well-rounded comedian and emcee. Based in Milwaukee, Mario has opened for John Witherspoon, Eddie Griffin, and Billy Gardell.     Mike Marvell – FEATURE Wisconsin comedian Mike Marvell is a guy you’ll want to have a beer with! Audiences find his family life material extremely relatable. He has been performing comedy for over 25 years. He was a finalist in the Comedy 10K and the Nashville Comedy Competition. Comedy and Improv combined! Here’s what an Immersion Blender event looks like…. 1. Standup set with host. 3 comics totaling 30 mins   2. Improv set. Short form improv done using the stand up routines as suggestions – 30 mins   3. Immersion time! All players and comics do short form improv games together. Johnny Beehner

Headliner: Johnny Beehner With a background in improvisational theater, including training at Chicago’s prestigious Second City, Johnny brings a very unique style to the stage. He made his network television debut in 2015 as one of the last comedians to appear on the Late Show with David Letterman! He has also made numerous appearances on AXS’s Gotham Comedy Live and regularly appears on the nationally syndicated Bob & Tom Show. His comedy can be heard on XM/ Sirius Satellite radio.   Feature: Dana Ehrmann Dana Ehrmann first tried stand-up as a college student, and has been self-deprecating and discussing sort-of-but-not-quite-adulthood on stage ever since.
